Take Charge Basketball Academy, LLC will be a premier and high level athletic training company and facility in the DMV region. We will use our successful engine of growth method to assess and fine tune the needs of all of our clientele.
Take Charge Basketball Academy, LLC will also provide an innovative and impactful basketball ministry throughout the DMV region, that will focus on and off the court, by providing mentoring and relationship building tactics. In order to assist players to not only reach their basketball skills goals, but to also assist each player into “Taking Charge” of their own life.

About C.E.O
My name is Frankie White, My philosophy can be summed up in seven words, “Take Charge” On and off the floor to prepare for life. My goal is to deliver the absolute highest quality program and service to make a powerful and lasting impact in the lives of each one of our amazing clients.”
Experience
- Youth basketball coach and educator for 17 years. Coached Middle school, High school
- Attended William E. Grady High School (Brooklyn, New York City 1 Year Varsity) and Watkins Mill High School (Gaithersburg, Maryland 3 Years Varsity)
- Played Division 1 & 2 Basketball, North Carolina Central University, B.A. Political Science Master in Teaching Bowie State University
